Maternity sessions are some of my favorites to do! I especially love the ones where the daddy is willing to join in on the photo fun. This just happens to be my Advanced Sculpture professor and his adorable wife who were kind enough to put their trust in me and allowed me a great deal of creative freedom in creating their memories of their first born. I can't wait to take baby J-Mak's new born pictures :0)

This is my baby brother and his awesome fiance', who so happens to also be the mother of the most adorable niece on the planet! They were long overdue for some pictures together, so sis took some time on a morning off from class to have fun with them. I'm glad you guys like them. Love y'all with all I've got!

Lori is a cheerleader for our very own Houston Dynamo. The girl is also an amazing dancer. Her dance group was on Randy Jackson's America's Best Dance Crew on MTV last year. I have never worked with someone who felt so comfortable or was as natural in front of the camera as she was! Thanks Lori for everything. I had such a great time getting to know you and taking your pictures.

I took bridal portraits today for one of my April weddings, and let me first say that working with this woman is such a delight. She's so laid back and eager to just go with whatever tickles my creative fancy. Sundays are a ritual. Church in the morning, lunch afterward and then play time at the park with all the cousins. It’s pretty much guaranteed that I’m going to get a few good shots of the kids as they run around burning all that excess energy (that I’d personally like to have just 1% of). It’s pretty awesome having a family that’s got 9 kids in it. It always makes for some great laughs and interesting family get togethers :0) Here are two of my favorite shots from our last park excursion.

I recently took pictures of a dear friend of mine and her wonderul man! We were just going out to have a good time and capture a few pictures....I got so many good ones it was hard to pick which ones to put on the site. Tropical Paradise is Calling My Name!!!

A friend of mine from high school lives in Hawaii (lucky dog) and she has asked that I come visit in August to take pictures of her two GORGEOUS kids!!! A paid vacay to Hawaii! The perks of this job are unbelievable :0) I can’t wait to see her again, it’s been almost 13 years and I can’t wait to soak up all that glorious Hawaiian sun and sandy beaches. Thanks guys for asking me to do this. You have blessed me in so many ways and I am flattered at your request!!

My Extended Family is AMAZING!

My brother and sister-in-law asked me for a second time :0) to take family pictures. The first time, when I first started my business, was extremely stressful for me. My bro-in-law is a photographer himself so as a photographer shooting a photographer my nerves were on edge. The second time however, nearly a year later, was easy as pie. Here are a few of my fave pics from that day. Thanks guys for asking me to work for you again. I love you tons for believing in me and always giving me the chance to prove myself.
